How was
EFT developed?
After discovering that disruption in the body’s
energy fields creates emotional and behavioral
problems, psychologist Roger Callahan combined
ancient medical traditions with modern techniques
such as applied kinesiology to create an approach
he called Thought Field Theory (TFT).
This method exponentially shortened the length
of treatment and produced amazing results that
lasted. Callahan trained others in it, including
Gary Craig, a Stanford-trained engineer and a
lifelong student of emotional cognitive health
who went no to streamline TFT to create Emotional
Freedom Technique (EFT).
Athletes, performing
artists and professionals have used this simple,
powerful approach to achieve
peak performance. EFT has been shown in a clinical
environment to effectively release fears, phobias,
anxieties, angers, addictions, and many other
kinds of emotional and physical issues.
EFT is endorsed by numerous practitioners,
including:
- Deepak Chopra, M.D. (The Spontaneous Fulfillment
of Desire)
- Bruce Lipton, Ph.D. (The Biology of Belief)
- Norm Shealy, M.D. (Soul Medicine)
- Eric Robins, M.D. (Your Hands Can Heal
You)
